Sean MacDonald MA, USATF Certified Coach

Sean is the Head Run Coach at MTS. Sean ran collegiately at Bowdoin College before transitioning to coach track and cross country at Tufts University after graduation and completing his USATF Coaching Certification. Sean describes his coaching style as “focused on consistency and keeping things fun and fresh, while structuring training in a way that can meet your goals and your lifestyle.” Sean has coached athletes from 2:16 marathoners, to first-time BQers, to folks completing their very first 5k!

Maura Donovan MS, RD, CSSD, CPT

Maura is a Board Certified Sports Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. Maura is committed to making sure that every athlete is fueled to feel and perform at their best. She uses evidence-based nutrition recommendations in her practice, and doesn’t believe in trendy diets or quick fixes when it comes to performance.
